Guest room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. There were a seating area, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk too. Location: the hotel was really close to the venue's restaurant, The Knotty Grill, and dining options and shopping options and easy access to Austin downtown.

We've stayed here previously and thoroughly enjoyed this place. The hotel was wonderful and clean. Great location away from downtown attractions. The service was excellent.

The room was well-equipped with a private bathroom, a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, making for a comfortable stay.

Complimentary drinks at the coffee bar were a nice touch. The service was great, and the staff were really helpful. The building and rooms are beautiful with great views. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of meal options.

We didn't get the room we booked and the we were kept up most of the night by all the people talking down in the open area of the hotel as well as the people in the rooms next to us. The walls and doors are to thin.
